The hydraulic wedge seating cylinder (VKZ) developed by ANP-ES GmbH has been specifically designed for the controlled hydraulic pre-seating of anchors. Its compact and innovative design ensures precise and uniform force transmission, even in confined spaces or under demanding site conditions.

The robust system enables powerful seating of wedge assemblies with minimal effort. The compact design allows easy handling and rapid operational readiness. Thanks to the bayonet coupling system, the ANP-VKZ can be flexibly connected to various hollow piston cylinders and, due to its high load capacity, provides maximum operational safety in daily use.

The hydraulic control system allows finely adjustable wedge movement, preventing damage to both the material and the anchor. In combination with ANP-ES hydraulic components, this creates an optimally coordinated system for precise, repeatable, and safe working operations.
