For installed grouted anchors, it is often necessary to determine the existing prestressing force retrospectively. The hydraulic lift-off device developed by ANP-ES GmbH enables this measurement to be carried out precisely and efficiently – including strand anchors with smooth wedge plates or without external threads.

Our innovative design allows safe and reproducible determination of the anchor force by hydraulically lifting off the anchor under controlled load application. During this process, the wedge plate is gripped by a hydraulic tension spindle and loaded via a compact stressing press.

The applied tensile force can be determined either through hydraulic pressure measurement or by means of a load cell. At the same time, anchor deformation is recorded using a precision dial gauge. This method enables reliable determination and documentation of the actual anchor force.

Thanks to its robust construction and compact dimensions, the ANP-AHV is ideally suited for on-site applications, both for temporary and permanent anchor systems.

The robust system enables powerful seating of wedge assemblies with minimal effort. Its compact design ensures easy handling and rapid operational readiness. The ANP-VKZ can be flexibly connected to various hollow piston cylinders via a bayonet coupling system and provides maximum operational safety due to its high load capacity.

The hydraulic control allows finely adjustable wedge movement, preventing damage to both material and anchor components. In combination with ANP-ES hydraulic components, this results in an optimally coordinated system for precise, repeatable, and safe working procedures.
